The customer’s wishes were as follows: he dreamed of housing that would shelter him from the bustle of the city, providing comfort and tranquility, and at the same time would be filled with classic interior elements.
We took up this challenge and successfully combined modern and classic interior elements to create something unique - a neoclassical interior painted in elegant dark tones. The highest quality materials were used in the finishing: Emperador marble, dark walnut and Surco parquet, giving the room a sophisticated look. Furniture from Minotti added interior warmth and comfort, making every corner of the apartment cozy and inviting.
The central element of the apartment is a spacious living room, harmoniously connected to the kitchen-dining room. The master bedroom is striking in its sophistication and includes a cozy dressing room and a luxurious bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The guest bedroom is also equipped with its own dressing room and stylish bathroom. And to ensure maximum comfort, we have provided a separate room for a laundry room, where a modern washing machine and dryer are installed.
