This house project was implemented on a plot located on the top of a mountain, offering incredible views of the sea and the snow-capped peaks of other mountains. The house was seamlessly integrated into the mountain topography, where the lower level serves as a garage and storage areas. The ground floor combines a living room, kitchen and dining room, leading to a terrace level that blends harmoniously with the living space. Also on this floor there is a guest bathroom, dressing room and studio. On the second floor there are bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a dressing room and its own bathroom.
The facade of the house is made of clinker bricks in transom format, custom-made in collaboration with the Piera Ceramica factory. The facade decoration also uses elements and structures made of Corten steel.
The interior of the house is decorated in a modern style, with dark walnut walls and furniture, as well as a lot of natural stone in the decoration of walls, steps and other architectural elements.
