CLASSICAL MANSION

AREA: 520 M2

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: 2020

ABOUT PROJECT

Our team developed the architectural and interior design of this unique house, which became the embodiment of an elegant neoclassical style. This project was carried out in response to the insistent wishes of the client, who sought to create a house in a classic style, different from his modern mansion. Located in a picturesque coastal area, the house delights with magnificent views of the sea, giving the entire interior a special atmosphere of luxury and comfort. The interior of this house is a harmonious combination of classical and modern styles, forming a striking look of neoclassicism.

One of the key requirements of the customer was a ceiling height of 4 meters. We solved this problem by introducing massive gypsum cornices and ceiling decor, which not only serve an aesthetic function, but also perfectly fill the huge space of the house, harmoniously combining with the facade of the building.

Upon entering the house, one is greeted by a spacious hall with second light, where a large chandelier has been artfully lowered from the upper level ceiling to the ground floor level. The hall has a connection with the garage and dressing room. Opposite the entrance is the bathroom, the walls of which are decorated with wooden panels, creating an elegant contrast with the white marble and walls. Inside a kind of “block” decorated with wood there is a guest bathroom. The living room, elongated in length and with high windows reaching the floor, is divided into three functional zones. The central part of the living room is a massive sofa, opposite which there is a cozy fireplace. To the right of the living room is the eat-in kitchen with ample work surfaces and dining table, as well as a food pantry. To the left of the living room there is a games library with comfortable sofas and hidden shelving. The living room has access to a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the picturesque views.

On the second floor of the house, according to tradition, there is a recreation area - four bedrooms, each of which is equipped with its own dressing room and bathroom. In the master bedroom, the wardrobe smoothly transitions into the bedroom and bathroom; two bedrooms also have exits to the second floor terrace.

This home is more than just a living space, it is the epitome of luxury and style. Every detail has been carefully thought out and lovingly crafted to give this home its unique character and welcoming atmosphere.
