SEA HOUSE

AREA: 680 M2

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: 2021

ABOUT PROJECT

Seahouse is a unique complex that unites several buildings, including the main mansion, designed for comfortable living for one family.

When developing this project, our main task was to preserve the Art Deco style in the interior, taking into account modern architectural trends and the surrounding maritime style. Our inspiration was the architecture of Biarritz (France) in the 1930s, where Art Deco and the endless ocean coexist in perfect harmony. As a result, we have created a unique space that combines Art Deco and modern style.

The main mansion is divided into three floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, a wardrobe and a garage. The wardrobe is also combined with the laundry room. The main space includes a spacious living room with magnificent sea views and a kitchen-dining area.
On the second floor there is a recreation area with a kitchen-bar, dining room and living room with a fireplace. Also on this floor there is a hammam and a spacious bathroom with shower. All this is connected to a huge terrace, where there is a swimming pool with a 2 meter high glass wall, as well as a sunbathing area. On this floor there is also a staff lounge with a separate entrance, including two bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom.

The top floor is a private area where the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a huge dressing room and clerestory windows and an en-suite bathroom. There are also two children's bedrooms, each with their own wardrobes.

The entire interior is designed in Art Deco style, using natural marble, polished brass, tinted mirrors and wood panels with large wood grain.
