The Seaside Villas project is the epitome of luxury and historical sophistication on the wooded seashore. This unique complex of villas skillfully fits into the rich history of this place, where noble personalities vacationed and the first sanatoriums brought health and peace to these shores.
The site on which the complex is located is a relief mountainous area, and each building gently hugs the slopes, intertwined with the surrounding landscape. Our main goal was to create a piece of architecture that would combine the neoclassical features that would suit this picturesque coastline with the natural lushness and unique history of the site.
In the process of finishing the villas, we carefully selected materials to emphasize their sophistication and luxury. Natural stone gives buildings strength and grandeur, milled stone adds an element of sophistication, and the use of glass allows the sun's rays to illuminate every corner of the interior spaces.
