VILLA TATYANA

AREA: 1 500 M2

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: 2015

ABOUT PROJECT

This is our old project, which represents an important stage in our practice, because it allowed us to discover a new direction - architecture and construction of houses on the seashore. The sea is a real test for architects, where only impeccable work is acceptable. All materials, plants, furniture and equipment must be reliable and resistant to the aggressive marine environment.

Villa Tatyana was designed in a modern style with a large number of open terraces and panoramic windows overlooking the endless sea. This architectural complex includes several buildings, including the main residential building and auxiliary buildings. One of these buildings is a hangar, which, in addition to cars and boats, also contains a semi-open kitchen-living room with access to the pier. The facade of the hangar is decorated with natural ipe (Brazil walnut) wood, coated with oil. Even ten years later, Villa Tatiana remains a shining example of architectural harmony on the coast.
